Daniel Farrow (b. 1994, Norfolk, UK) is a London-based artist whose work explores trauma, transformation, and healing through painting and sculpture.
Drawing from a turbulent personal history—including foster care, parental abuse, addiction, and mental health struggles—Farrow’s art charts a deeply personal journey from chaos to recovery.
After early pursuits in acting, music production, and hospitality, a major mental health crisis in 2022 led him to leave the restaurant industry and fully commit to his art.
His early works, often created in altered states, are marked by manic energy and emotional rawness. Today, his practice centers on sobriety, self-reconstruction, and the therapeutic power of creativity.
He lives and works in London.
